After fostering Dobby for a few months from Lucky Dog Refuge, Joy and Bart adopted Dobby on Valentine’s Day in 2022. He was rescued in Jackson Mississippi by a pediatric oncology nurse and made it all the way to Joy and Bart in Connecticut, changing their lives forever.
